• Check-in/Check out: You may check in anytime after 1:00 pm. You may check-in earler if the room is avalable. Check in before 8 pm (arrangements can be made for later check-in). Check out is 11:00 am. Late check-outs can be arranged for an extra fee of $10.00 per hour to a maximum of 2 hours.
• Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to check-in time to avoid full billing. No-shows without a valid cancellation number will be billed for full reservation stay.

Please give one week cancellation notice for Birkebeiner, Spooner Rodeo and gun deer season.
• Pets cannot be left in the room unattended. If you are bringing a pet, you must notify us at the time of registration. Pets are allowed with prior approval only. There is a non-refundable fee charged for a pet. There will be a $100.00 charge if you bring a pet into a room without approval.
• Hunting and Berkie weekends are the same rate as May - September rates
